Agent Scale Up is a business name used by Jared Aigner, a sole proprietor providing custom software development and related services. This policy explains how information is handled when you use agentscaleup.com, contact us, or become a client.
Information we collect

We do not currently use the website contact form to collect sensitive insurance applicant or policyholder data. Please do not submit that information through the form.

Service providers and disclosure
Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with providers that support our business, such as website hosting providers, Resend for contact-form email delivery, Stripe for payment processing, and professional advisers. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
Payments
Stripe-hosted payment collection is used for client payments. Stripe receives and processes payment-card information directly. This website does not directly receive or store a customer’s full card number, security code, or complete payment credentials.
Storage, security, and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including HTTPS in production, restricted account access, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including responding to inquiries, delivering services, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by record type.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you have provided, subject to legal and contractual recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask questions about how your information is handled.
