Stripe-hosted payment collection
Client payments are processed through Stripe-hosted payment pages, invoices, or other Stripe-hosted collection tools. When a payment is requested, clients receive a secure Stripe link showing the amount, currency, and transaction details.
Card information
Payment-card details are entered directly into Stripe’s hosted environment and are processed by Stripe. The agentscaleup.com website and Jared Aigner do not directly receive or store a customer’s full card number, card security code, or complete payment credentials. Stripe may provide limited transaction information such as payment status, card brand, expiration details, and the last four digits.
Currency and authorization
All prices and charges are presented and processed in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is requested only after the client receives written terms identifying the project scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, and relevant conditions. By submitting payment, the client authorizes the listed charge under those terms.
Website security
The production website is intended to be served over HTTPS, which encrypts data in transit between a visitor and the website. Payment pages are separately secured and hosted by Stripe. Clients should verify that the address bar shows a secure Stripe domain before entering card information and should not send full card details by email, text message, or the website contact form.
Payment records and disputes
We maintain reasonable transaction and invoice records for accounting, support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly so the invoice, agreement, and Stripe transaction can be reviewed. Refund and cancellation requests are governed by the written project agreement, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and applicable law.
